Changing Places Exhibition @ Lake Macquarie Gallery

Aspects of landscape have long informed the work of contemporary quilt artists Judy Hooworth and Pamela Fitzsimons. Changing Places investigates in intimate detail, the artists’ understanding and responses to their ‘place’ within their (new) landscape, through a collection of inspiring fibre works.

I highly recommend this exhibition. The gallery is a great space and the quilts grace the walls beautifully.

What a really lovely place to visit.
The quilts by Judy Hooworth and Pamela Fitzsimons are spectacular, and the gallery really knows how to display textiles well! Was well worth the trip!
