This is a reminder that entries for the Sydney Quilt Show 2010 close on Monday, 1 March 2010. Here are the relevant forms:

• membership form for you to join the guild or renew your membership, if applicable;
• entry form ; and
• volunteer form

Entry forms CANNOT be submitted by fax or e-mail.
